This package begins with a one-hour virtual, phone, or in-person consultation to explore your postpartum needs, understand doula support, and discuss your investment in healing. From there, you’ll receive 40 hours of personalized postpartum care, tailored to your physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery.

Postpartum Doula Services
If the Luna Package doesn't suit your needs, I also offer postpartum doula support by the hour: - $35/hour for daytime support - $45/hour for overnight support - Additional charges may apply for locations that are further away. As your postpartum doula, I provide care for the birthing person and their family in their home during the first few weeks to months following childbirth.
My services include non-medical support and companionship, assistance with newborn care and sibling adjustment, and light housekeeping. As a lactation consultant, I also offer lactation support and can make referrals for additional lactation needs that fall outside my scope of practice. I provide evidence-based information on newborn feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, and addressing other issues related to the postpartum period.
I will refer clients to outside organizations and care providers for further assistance whenever necessary. Let's get in contact!
