A little about me.
My name is Sandibel Rosas, and I am a full-spectrum Mexican doula serving families across the beautiful state of Colorado, which has been my home for most of my life.
My path is deeply rooted in my rich cultural heritage, inspired by generations of healers and midwives in my lineage. I am passionate about honoring and sharing the sacred traditions of my culture, which have instilled in me a profound reverence for life and the importance of nurturing families with love and intention. Growing up in a vibrant Mexican community shaped my values and approach to care. I believe deeply in the power of family, community, and holistic support during life’s major transitions—whether it be birth, postpartum, or emotional healing. I’m married to a wonderful partner, and together we are proud parents of two incredible daughters. They are my greatest motivation and a constant source of inspiration.
Each day, I strive to pass down the values that have guided me—values rooted in ancestral wisdom, compassion, and cultural pride. My mission as a doula is to provide holistic care that embraces emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside families during some of the most transformative moments of their lives, offering support that is culturally resonant, bilingual, and filled with heart.
